We’re hiring a remote cinematic video editor who can turn raw footage into high-converting short-form content for SaaS, DTC, and creator brands. If you live in timelines, sound design, and micro-transitions, this funnel is your audition.
Fully remote · 20–40 hrs/week · Paid test project for shortlisted editors
Most of our projects are short-form edits for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance creatives.
Edit 8–20+ short-form videos per week depending on scope
Clean captions, kinetic typography, and subtle transitions
Versioning for different platforms and aspect ratios
Edit out bad takes. Use the video scripts to guide the motion graphics & captions
You have experience in video editing, motion graphics & short form content
You understand pacing for direct-response & social content
You’re fluent in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
You’re comfortable working with templates & brand guidelines
You welcome constructive feedback and version fast
Nice to have: motion graphics experience, familiarity with paid social metrics (hook rate, retention, CTR), and comfort editing in English.
Compensation is project-based with a clear per-deliverable rate card. Top editors typically earn a strong full-time-equivalent income with us.
Your trial video will determine whether or not you will be hired for consistent ongoing work at our company.
Visuals: Use motion graphics to explain the key points
Format: Vertical video (9:16)
Brand: Use the brand board in the captions & motion graphics
Goal: Stop scroll in 2s, explain key points of value in the video
Assets: Talking head A-roll, brand kit, script
What we look for in the test: hook selection, cutting out fluff, smart use of B-roll, on-brand captions, referencing the video script for Captions, B-Roll & Motion Graphics.

No editing hour long videos with no response. Edit 1 single peice of short form content to be considered for the ongoing role.
You’ll edit 1 short video from a real brief. We look at your first video and make our decision accordingly.
